This is a fantastic ISP. We are getting amazing speed on the "Vision" plan (4/5 times faster) than our previous plan and paying less per month. The service desk is also remarkably great. We had a compatibility problem on start up and the response was brilliant - they even hand delivered an alternative modem/router to assist on the day of the service call. (Shout out to Sabina who was so extraordinarily helpful.) Highly recommended.

I switched to Infinite's G.fast network a few years back. Setup was quick and I was up and running in no time at all. Speeds are always at what I am subscribing to. In the rare occasions that there's an issue, I really appreciate the prompt local help and support from Luke and the Infinite support team.

I recently had issues with my ip phone connection not making or receiving calls all while my internet connection was fine. Simon Dimes was very helpful and resolved the issue with my phone with in a short time frame. Infinite and the team go above and beyond to ensure their customers issues are resolved promptly. I would highly recommend them for phone and internet services.

Faults are rare and usually self-correcting. Staff are helpful, courteous and competent; above all they speak a comprehensible English, not the gibberish you get from people like iinet whose call centres are in Sth Africa and who speak something they think is English but ain't. Nor is one forced to wait lengthy periods to get a call answered. You are not cheap, but like they say you pay peanuts you get monkeys. I wd have given you five stars except that on principle I believe nobody's perfect

Huge thanks to Luke at Infinite Networks for his outstanding customer service and support. Dealing with line issues can be incredibly frustrating, but Luke went above and beyond to advocate for me, trying to get techs out to site and constantly keeping me in the loop. He provided continuous support over the phone and email, always making sure I had guidance throughout the whole process.

Had very few problems with our internet since switching to Infinite, and they have all been upstream provider issues. I reported an issue today, and Simon in Support answered my call in about a minute. Love local support! After a couple of minutes on the phone, he ended the call so he could speak to to the upstream provider. Rang me back within 5 minutes to let me know the problem was at their end and they were looking into it. When the upstream provider fixed the problem, Simon followed up to make sure that we were all fixed and everything was working as it should (it was). Thanks Simon and Infinite!
